Grand Prize Wins is an editorial site: it reads operators’ terms, prices figures and publishes citations. It does not operate gambling, take bets or hold balances. The site collects no account data because it has no accounts, and the stewards prefer it that way, since the less the ceremony keeps, the less there is to protect.

Where the site uses analytics or affiliate tracking, the data stays behavioural and aggregate: which pages are read, which outbound links are followed. Affiliate links may earn the site a commission from operators when a reader joins through them, which pays for the judging and never changes the citation. The judges’ wage is paid by the reading, not by the outcome, and the ordering of the roll above says so on the record.

Outbound clicks pass to the operator’s own domain, where that operator’s privacy terms apply and the ceremony’s reach ends. Readers submitting corrections by email give the site an address and a message; both are kept for as long as the correspondence is live and deleted on request. The stewards keep dated copies of operators’ terms for the site’s own editorial records and for no other purpose.
